Service Level Agreement

Last updated 11 August 2026

This SLA describes our availability targets for AyaiMQ. During the private beta the service is provided on a reasonable efforts basis, and the commitments below take effect when paid plans launch.

1. Beta status

While AyaiMQ is in free private beta, we do not offer a binding uptime guarantee or service credits. We monitor the platform and aim to keep it healthy, but you should not use the beta for critical workloads.

2. Availability target (at general availability)

When paid plans launch, we intend to target a monthly uptime of 99.9 percent for the broker connection service, measured as the percentage of minutes in a calendar month during which the service accepts connections, excluding the exclusions below.

3. Exclusions

The target will not apply to downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance for which we have given advance notice.
  • Factors outside our reasonable control, including internet, network, or third party provider failures.
  • Your own equipment, software, configuration, or misuse of the service.
  • Suspension for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Maintenance

We will aim to schedule planned maintenance during low usage periods and to give advance notice for any maintenance expected to cause interruption.

5. Support

During the beta, support is provided by email at support@ayaimq.com on a reasonable efforts basis. Support tiers and response times will be defined for paid plans.

6. Status and incidents

We will communicate significant incidents and their resolution. A public status page will be provided as the service matures.
