    One per estate or per site, walled off from every other customer. Free to start, no card.

  2. Step 2: Give each device a credential

    Its own username and the topics it may use. Shown once, switched off on its own, and nothing else drops.

  3. Step 3: Watch it arrive

    Clients, the log and the web client show what connected and what it sends. UDMI controllers work out of the box, at no extra cost.

Are we locked in?

No. It is standard MQTT, so any broker will take your devices. Cancel from the billing page and you run to the end of the period you paid for.

Is there an uptime promise?

Yes, on every paid plan: 99.5% of the minutes in a month, with service credits if we miss it. Free accounts have none, which is the honest difference between trying something and running a building on it.

Who can read our data?

The broker does not keep your messages. It passes them on and forgets them, and history lives wherever you choose to store it. Each cluster is walled off from every other, every connection uses TLS, and a credential's password is shown once.

Security
Will the price jump after the beta?

Not without 30 days' notice and the chance to cancel first. The struck-through figures are what these plans cost when the beta ends, so you can see the change coming rather than meet it on an invoice.

What about GDPR?

There is a data processing agreement you can read before you talk to us, not after, and a DPIA pack with our half already filled in, including the risks we have not mitigated. Hosting is in the EU, and a Dedicated plan can be placed in a region you pick.
